Freudian Slips

Freudian slips--errors of language revealing more meaning than the correct word--can be useful to dreamworkers. But many of the best occur not inside the dream, but after. You have to write or tell your dream to make the error that expresses the pun that reveals the meaning of the dream. It can be the key to the whole dream, as in Face-Beetle ("beatle") or Jack Daniels ("Silent Cal" becomes "Silent Call"). Or it may just clarify one facet (as in Burn the Eggs or Fire-Cats).
