CLOCKMAN HEDGEHOG
57K, 640 x 400, 1992. Digital picture. By Chris Wayan
I'm the figure on the right, composed of time: alarm clocks, warning I'm all grown up and the clock for love is ticking. I better make time to look. (The biological clock gets men too, though they don't like to admit it.)
So I gather my shreds of courage and ask out the woman with a hedgehog on her head (probably from that old Incredible String Band song about the hedgehog who keeps warning a man he misunderstands women: "You know all the words and you sing all the notes, but you never quite learned the song...")
And like the song, I'm rejected. Possibly it was the erection. Not diplomatic...
