Figure drawing: LIFT THAT WEIGHT

I was sick with "flu" again (relentlessly recurring flu. Now I suspect Lyme disease...) and missed my life-drawing class AGAIN.

I opened the paper and saw a tiny ad for a local gym. I liked the pose in the tiny grayscale photo, and spent a happy hour drawing her.

Only afterward her did I really get that what intrigued me wasn't her pose so much as her feral expression. A wild animal who wandered into the gym...
