EDITOR'S NOTE

An example of lucid dreaming Roz Chast style. Unlike disciples of Steven La Berge, who hunt for discrepancies from normal life, deduce they're dreaming, and then take control of the dream... Roz (now and then) just knows (or takes it for granted) that she's dreaming, and doesn't take control, just lets the dream-craziness go on. And why not? I do too.
