I dreamt that I was in a dark area beside my building on a hospital bed, with my legs wide open. A strange creature with shiny eyes that looked like crystal balls stretches out its hands to rub my vagina in hopes of stimulating me. I scream, asking him to stop, but I am actually enjoying it. Just as I am about to orgasm, I wake up with thumping breath, as though the dream was real and I was stimulated.

Later that morning, I get my period.

EDITOR'S NOTE

Julia's email header called this "a weird dream", but the imagery isn't rare at all. A friend of mine dreams quite often of sex with strange creatures just before her period. Connecting with your animal self, connecting with the earth? Who knows?
