For eating disorders of any kind, I recommend Overeaters Anonymous. At least here in San Francisco, along with their regular groups for the overweight they host support groups for anorexics and bulemics. Physically meeting a whole room of people like me and comparing their energy to mine showed me the psychological and spiritual aspects in a way no doctor or shrink (or online support group) could ever give me.

Not all the dreams here pathologize eating or not eating. Fasts can be a legitimate health and spiritual practice. But...
