Dreams by or about my sister 'Miriel' [pseudonym]. She leads a busy life and hasn't cultivated dreams, yet she still has occasional vivid psychic dreams a lot like mine. Does this imply a dream-recall gene, a "shamanic gene"? A psychic link between siblings? Both? That's my own belief. Intense dreaming (or at least good recall) does run in families; but our link goes well beyond that. When a crisis hits one of us, the other feels it. The correlation's too tight and specific for me to believe it's chance.

Some dreams here are uncomfortable reads, due to incest-tension between Miriel and me. While not acted on in waking life, the theme shows up often in the older dreams. It wasn't purely sexual; I saw her as my soulmate. I wonder now if this was partly due to that pre-existing psychic link deeper than sex. It certainly works the other way round; I'm attracted only to people whose auras I like--and that's a small minority! Most people feel to me about as fun/attractive/sexy as white bread, tar, dish soap or broken glass. Sigh... and Miriel has had the same problem. When you're looking for an extra dimension...
