HORSES

Dream horses. I have a peculiar relationship to horses: I am one. My first memory is of being a horse and waking up human. I alternated between two lives, a baby in suburbia and a horse in the Southwest, for several years. Later, I married a horse in my dreams, who has since appeared constantly as my wife. Even in waking life, I read equine body-language as well as human expressions--I've always felt like a hybrid. I dream of horses so much that I had to give unicorns, centaurs and pegasii their own pages, though a few zebras and donkeys still appear below.
